Emma is our resident nutritionist and health and wellness trainer, and is offering a COMPLIMENTARY 20 minute nutritional analysis session to members.

Our running group with Emma will be starting this Saturday 24th March. Running groups will be held every Saturday morning between 8am - 9am. The group is free for members, or $15 for non-members to attend.

We enjoyed our first early start today, with our new early bird trading hours officially kicking off this morning. We opened the doors bright and early at 5.30 this morning, and plenty of our members took up the opportunity to get an early start after the long weekend.
