Have a complimentary 20 minute postural assessment with Lucy and learn what you can add to your exercise program to feel, move and look better (slimmer, taller, fitter, more coordinated…).
Your 20 minute session will include:
- A chat about current and past factors in your life that may inform your posture: worklife, injury, sleeping position, picking up kids!, etc.
- A standing and movement based postural assessment.
- 4 simple exercises and 2 key ways to improve your posture and control in your usual exercise and lifestyle.

20 minute introduction can be developed into a series of five 30 minute sessions where we create a program of balanced stretching, strengthening and body awareness to complement and enhance your other workouts.
