Our group classes provide the opportunity to enhance your health and wellbeing in a friendly, supportive atmosphere, with the guidance of world class trainers and instructors.

Whether you challenge yourself in a Boxing Circuit, lace up your sneakers to join our Running Group, rejuvenate and revive with a gentle Holistic Class, or recharge your batteries with a dynamic Yoga practice overlooking the water, there is a class suitable for everyone.

We can also organise private or small group sessions with one of our trainers, catered to your individual needs and timetable. Contact us to organise a personalised session.

 

 

Yoga

Yoga is ideal for anyone seeking to improve their physical & emotional wellbeing, whilst increasing their strength, flexibility and sense of peace.

  • We teach a Hatha Fusion style - a blend of traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles, also incorporating meditation and breathwork.
  • Classes focus on correct alignment, building strength and toning the body, and safely challenging the body's habitual patterns.
  • Find a sense of peace and stillness amidst the busyness of everyday life.
  • Suitable for beginners through to those with a general level of experience.
  • Enjoy your yoga in a calm and stunning environment overlooking Port Phillip Bay, amidst the energy of nature.

Pilates

Pilates provides a complete workout for the whole body, whilst strengthening the mind-body connection.

  • Increase your body awareness, as well as your focus and concentration.
  • Other benefits include improved posture, increased balance, and enhanced core strength and stability.
  • Classes will focus on safe and correct exercise techniques and muscle recruitment patterns.
  • Pilates Matwork classes are suitable for those in good health, with recent Pilates experience. If you do not have recent experience, or have health concerns, we ask you to complete a private 30 minute Pilates consultation and instruction with our instructor before commencing the classes. Boxing Circuit

Challenge yourself with a fun, fast paced boxing circuit that will get your weekend off to a fantastic start!

  • Participants will benefit from increased cardiovasular fitness, muscular strength and endurance.
  • Classes focus on correct boxing technique and incorporate a variety of exercises that can be adapted to suit all participants.
  • Boxing Circuits utilise our unique outdoor boxing area as well as our indoor gymnasium equipment.
  • Participants will walk away with a new skill, and a newfound appreciation for one of the toughest workouts around.

Running Groups

Our running groups are a great opportunity for new and seasoned runners alike to improve their fitness, gain strength and work toward their running goals; in a friendly, supportive environment.

  • Experience the freedom of running outdoors, taking in the bay views and enjoying the fresh sea air.
  • Enjoy the many benefits of running outdoors, including an increased sense of wellness, increased strength and improved cardio fitness.
  • Our running groups cater for all levels of fitness and experience - everyone from beginners through to marathon runners are welcome!
  • Our groups focus on interval training and running technique, and include strength & mobility exercises.

Circuit Training

Have fun and challenge yourself with this inventive and enjoyable workout, which strengthens & tones the entire body.

  • Our Circuit Training class provides plenty of variety, and incorporates a mixture of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises.
  • We utilize our indoor gymnasium equipment as well as our unique outdoor facilities including the boardwalk, outdoor boxing equipment, and the beach.
  • Participants of all levels of fitness and experience are welcome to this upbeat class.

Tai Chi

The ancient practice of Tai Chi relieve stress, restores balance, and enhances relaxation and wellbeing.

  • Tai Chi involves a series of martial arts based movements, performed gently and fluidly.
  • The practice of Tai Chi can improve posture, strength and flexibility.
  • Tai Chi can help to improve a range of disorders including anxiety, arthritis, balance and coordination, fatigue, joint stiffness and muscle tension.
  • Practiced outdoors our unique Tai Chi class draws upon the surrounding energy of nature for an experience that will revitalize mind as well as body.
  • Appropriate for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Holistic Exercise

Relax, revitalise and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with this unique class.

  • The Holistic Exercise Class utilises a combination of stretching, strengthening, mobility and breathwork to improve the overall wellbeing of mind, body and spirit.
  • We focus on easing common discomforts and improving exercise form, making the class a lovely compliment to your higher intensity workouts, or the ideal way to ease back to exercise.
  • Benefits include clarity and tranquillity of mind and spirit, improved sports performance, deeper sleep, increased energy, and a lowering of stress and anxiety.
  • This class is held out on the boardwalk overlooking Port Phillip Bay, and is suitable for all participants.

Swim Squads

Join one of our swim squads to boost your confidence in the open water, improve your technique, and increase your swimming capabilities.

  • There are two different swim squads available: a Beginners Squad for those new to open water swimming, and an Intermediate/Advanced Squad for those with more experience.
  • Our Swim Squads will help you to boost your confidence in the open water, and in a variety of conditions.
  • Our Squads are an ideal preparation for triathlons, or any open water swimming events.
  • You will improve your swimming technique and learn new skills.
  • Receive personal instruction and advice from one of our highly qualified instructors.
  • Swim Squads take place in 6 week programs over the spring and summer seasons.
