For many of our swimmers, our steam room is the perfect way to finish a session and warm up, particularly in the colder months. For many of our gym goers and casual visitors, the steam provides relief and healing for stiff joints and sore muscles.

Steaming is beneficial not only for the body, but also provides a wonderful way to relax and recuperate. Some of the many benefits of steaming include:

Steam Room versus Sauna - whilst saunas may also aid in improving your overall health, Steam Rooms should be the preferred option. Steam Rooms generate a moist heat whilst Saunas omit a dry heat that can often irritate and damage the skin.
