Reformer Pilates

At the Brighton Baths Health Club, we are passionate about helping people see the best in themselves and achieve their goals. Our club is underpinned by our holistic approach to health and well-being, and we strongly encourage varied, diverse and intuitive movement for our members.

 

Reformer Pilates is something that we are proud to offer to our members who are seeking a challenge, change and variation to their usual routine. Instructed at our club in a one-on-one private coaching session, training on a reformer bed is an incredibly specialised and non-impact method through which to move, stretch and strengthen your body.

  • Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science with ESSA
  • Cert III and IV in Fitness

Our specialist trainers are equipped with the skills to both liase, and work in association, with other qualified health professionals including Physiotherapists, Myotherapists, Osteopaths and General Practitioners to deliver comprehensive health and wellness plans for our clients.

Michael has helped countless people with their physical conditioning and has applied exercise as true ‘remedy’ to many clients and patients. Michael has applied his practice from the Brighton Baths Health Club since 2011.
