Take in the soothing sounds of the waves and sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay as our experienced and passionate group instructors guide you on your journey to health and wellbeing. Intimate class sizes allow you the opportunity to connect with other like-minded members in the community and form personalized relationships with our group fitness team. Our group classes have been carefully crafted to cater to people of all levels of fitness. Whether you’re looking to harness inner stillness or ramp up your strength and conditioning, we offer something to suit every lifestyle and interest. Classes include: Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Tai Chi, Beach Fit, Beach Box Fit, Legs Bums Tums, Body Blast, Stretch and Circuit. We welcome casual visitors to attend Group Classes. Pre-booking is not required; however, we do recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time to secure your space. All classes are hosted outdoors on water’s edge so please be sure to wear appropriate clothing. All visitors will have access to our full-service change rooms, inclusive of showers, and the option to rent a towel or locker.
