All classes are hosted outdoors on our boardwalk, please be sure to wear appropriate clothing.

Foundations of yoga, a complete yoga experience, including yoga poses, breath work and insights. This class is practiced at a slower pace with more static postures allowing you to gain the most benefits in each pose whilst being mindful and relaxed throughout. All levels of experience.
