An experience unique to Bayside Melbourne and the Brighton Baths Health Club, our carefully curated timetable caters to adults of all fitness levels.

Whether you are looking to foster inner stillness or ramp up your strength & conditioning, we offer something for everyone … for every body and everybody.

Classes include Yoga, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Beach Fit, BoxHiit, Stretch, Circuit, Run Club and Functional Fitness.

All classes are hosted outdoors on our boardwalk, please be sure to wear appropriate clothing.

Bootcamp

Fun and high-intensity full body workout to boost your metabolism and tone your muscles. Dynamic and functional movements adaptable for everybody and every ‘body’. Supportive group welcoming of all fitness levels. Class takes place on our private beach and boardwalk.

BoxHiit

Get your heart pumping with a combination of cardio, core and boxing exercises. Strengthen and tone your entire body while challenging yourself with partner work. All fitness levels welcome and don't forget to bring your boxing gloves!

Circuit Class

Strengthen and tone your entire body and boost your metabolism through a combination of light free weights, body weight drills and functional exercise. This class is suitable for all fitness levels with a workout that offers variety, intensity, and enjoyment.

Using a combination of kettlebells, weights, slider discs and bodyweight exercises. We focus on building strength, and balance through a greater range of motion. Giving you the strength, balance and flexibility to enhance your day-to-day activity.

Lower Body Blitz

A high intesity class designed to tone, target and assist in strengthening the lower body and core.
Using a range of weights, kettle bells, bands and body weight. Suitable for moderate fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga

Foundations of yoga, a complete yoga experience, including yoga poses, breath work and insights. This class is practiced at a slower pace with more static postures allowing you to gain the most benefits in each pose whilst being mindful and relaxed throughout. All levels of experience.

Mat Pilates

Stretch and strengthen your entire body, with a focus on core activation. Slow and controlled movements will improve your muscle tone, improve flexibility, and increase body-mind awareness. Welcoming of all fitness levels.

Connect breath with movement in a gentle vinyasa flow comprised of pranayama (breathing), static postures, slow vinyasa, and meditation.
Gentle Flow will provide you with the foundations and safe alignment of yoga asana (postures) and allow you the space to nurture and calm your mind.
