This is why we are so proud to offer personalised swimming lessons with our Head Coach Doina as part of our Personal Coaching packages. Our club has seen many swimmers pass through its walls and water – from beginners to world champions – and it is an aspect of wellbeing that holds a sacred place at The Baths. Open water swimming is a challenging, rewarding, non-impact form of movement that is also a fun way to build endurance, strength and stamina under the guidance of a professional. Doina has been around our club for over 10 years and has more than 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Doina is incredible at what she does, and incorporating Reformer Pilates into her personalised coaching sessions is just one of the many benefits of training with Doina. Doina trains her clients with her heart and soul, and gives each client her undivided attention, focus and passion. Having swum the English Channel, being a certified Swimming Coach, and swimming in The Baths and bay through all seasons, Doina knows what it takes to be confident, able, and conditioned in the open-water. Doina loves taking her clients for swimming lessons, and works with those who have never learnt to swim, to those training for long distance and competitive events.
