Brighton Baths provides a very safe training environment with the unique advantage for personal coaching from the platforms surrounding the Baths. Mike‘s ability to teach all levels including my initial basic skill level by adopting simple easy to follow proven training techniques in his classes that allowed me to see huge improvements in a very short period of time. Mikes experience helps identify areas that you specifically can improve your swimming techniques with fun training drills during his coaching sessions. Mikes classes are really enjoyable, very safe, easy to follow and get results. I not only improved my swimming skills, times/distances but I also achieved my fitness goals including 10 KG weight loss since I joined the Brighton Baths coaching. I train regularly now with Mike and I have developed a passion and confidence with my open water swimming in all weather conditions that has allowed me to set some big goals for the future with Mike’s amazing coaching assistance. I swim most days at Brighton Baths as I love the positive energy from all the staff and the swimming community at the Baths.
