Chiara is passionate about helping others become better versions of themselves both through exercise and improving state of mid. She believes that exercise is both there to help improve overall fitness, as well as mental health. Exercise can give the ability give confidence, act as a stress relief and motivation.
Chiara enjoys various types of exercise, such as martial arts, combat sports, running, strength, conditioning and yoga. She believes exercise can change lives and hope she can inspire others to achieve their dreams and goals. Chiara loves teaching boxing and kick boxing.
