Growing up surrounded by the ocean, she spent countless days surfing, lifesaving, and camping along the coast—where the sea quickly became her sanctuary and source of inspiration. Her connection to the beach runs deep, shaping her love for movement, mindfulness, and community. Now studying Law and Arts at Monash University, Issie continues to balance her academic pursuits with her active coastal lifestyle, drawing daily motivation from her mum’s mantra: “Salt water fixes everything — sweat and the sea.
