Jess is a fitness coach and yoga teacher. She has been working in personal training, group fitness and nutrition for over 8 years and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals in a sustainable and holistic way.

Jess brings fun and variety to each session, while utilizing all of her skills to deliver mindful movement based workouts that give you a full body and mind experience.

Jess believes in truly understanding how YOUR body works and doing movement that not only feels good but is healthy for your body. She does this by focusing on form, breaking down the exercise and creating an inclusive and safe environment to workout in.
