Julian has always led an active lifestyle, competing in football, cricket, golf , swimming and triathlon. Julian enjoys all sports and exercise and takes every opportunity to feel the freedom of being outdoors.
Julian completed a Bachelor of Business in Accounting with a joint study in Finance in the Albury/Wodonga area. He worked in the industry for a couple of years before travelling and living overseas. On his return, he completed a Diploma of Education and has been a secondary school teacher for the past 12 years. He is in a transition phase of his career where he is keen to have a significant impact in the health and fitness industry. He has recently completed his Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and is looking forward to helping all his clients to be the best version of themselves.
He loves weight training, cardio and circuit training equally but boxing is his all-time favourite exercise as the mixture of skill, endurance and cardio is a real challenge and improvement is also very measurable.
Julian has particular interest in personal development (both physically and mentally), and enjoys developing team culture and enhancing leadership potential.
Consistency, enjoyment and being able to maintain a level of exercise is key to life-long health and fitness.
