Mandee has her diploma of Clinical Pilates and Certification in Fitness. As an ex-dancer, she loves to incorporate classical pilates into her routines.
The practice of Pilates provides the balance of strength and flexibility our bodies need, not only to create fluid movements but for injury prevention and pain-free living. She loves the holistic approach to Pilates, incorporating the mind-body connection, whilst also creating strength and length within the body.
