With an Egyptian heritage and a love of dance, Maryanne encourages being in the flow, feeling into the body and trusting oneself to move however it feels good. Having completed her 500hr Vinyasa yoga teacher training with Moksha Yoga, fully immersing herself in her practice and recovering from deep grief, Maryanne’s classes focus on connecting and loving self.

Having practiced for many years herself, Maryanne is a big believer in being present to the moment. She encourages students to explore their practice with curiosity and kindness towards their entire being. Her teaching places emphasis on breath, alignment and awareness to find balance and spaciousness to strengthen mind and body.
