What began as a search for solace amidst the chaos of New York City’s fast-paced lifestyle blossomed into a lifelong journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Rachel’s journey with yoga has been diverse, exploring various modalities including Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, among others. Each style has contributed to her holistic understanding of the practice. 

Drawing from over 20 years of personal practice, Rachel’s classes are a fusion of dynamic sequences and mindful introspection. She believes yoga is more than a physical exercise: yoga is a therapeutic tool for emotional balance and self-awareness. 

Rachel hopes to share how movement and breath can be used to navigate the complexities of life and encourages students to explore their practice with compassion and curiosity.
