Tai Chi

Simon is an experienced instructor in Yang Style Long Form Tai Chi. Having taught a wide variety of people in and around Melbourne, he has proven that Tai Chi can be good for balance, co-ordination, reflexes, calmness, mind-body integration and personal development.

Simon is also skilled in using Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion and Tui Na massage to treat common (and not-so-common) health problems. He has a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Southern School of Natural Therapies.
