Simone started practicing yoga 17 years ago after having her 3rd child. She was looking for some peace and in her life and after travelling to India and seeing their amazing culture and how yoga Inspires so many. She was inspired to try this sacred practice

Since Simone started her yoga journey, she has studied deeply in Iyengar ,Ashtanga and now Vinjasa yoga. Simone completed her first teacher training 3 years ago and is now currently back studying her post grad degree in Yoga.

Yoga has transformed the person Simone is today.Yoga is not exercise to her, it’s a lifestyle that is lived on and off the mat.
