Gil Reyes ( Andre Agassi’s fitness coach ) had a philosophy, “if someone can write down your routine on a piece of paper, it isn’t worth the paper it is written on; it leaves no room for where you are, how you are feeling, what you need to focus on. It doesn’t allow for change”. Too often personal training is a cookie cutter approach – not with Chris. Each session takes into account where you are at on the day. How you are feeling, how much you have to give. Chris makes the sessions enjoyable. He is knowledgeable – gives constant feedback and varies the activities to ensure a well rounded workout. I walk away from every session feeling I have given it my all and eager for the next session to begin.
