“Doina has been training me regularly with Reformer Pilates for about 4 months and I have noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility, core strength and balance. Every session is personalised and I always get a total body workout. Although the movements are slow and may look easy, they are super challenging as they require the muscles in every part of your body.
