With a degree in Psychology and a passion for wellbeing, Alex discovered the benefits of meditation over a decade ago. Her thirst to learn more led her to complete her certificate of meditation and mindfulness training with Melbourne Meditation Centre, a 200 hr YTT in India specialising in Hatha with OM people yoga and a 50 hour Yin YTT with Karina Smith. She’s been inspired to share the healing properties of yoga and meditation ever since.
Offering a practical, fun and accessible approach to meditation and mindfulness, Alex’s ambition is to make the practice easy to integrate into busy daily life and accessible to all. Classes are designed to provide students with a deep sense of rest and relaxation from their overworked and busy minds, and to share the tools and techniques required to access this stillness outside of class in day to day life.
