Practicing Yoga for over 10 years Belinda fell in love with the holistic benefits on her wellbeing.
She deepened her practice by completing 250hrs of Yoga Teacher Training and offers a modern interpretation of ancient Yoga Philosophies and techniques.
Compassionate and authentic in her teachings, Belinda believes Yoga is for everyone and body in that it invites a beautiful connection to the awareness of yourself, whilst connecting with others.
Belinda mainly teaches a gentle Yoga Flow suitable for beginners or all levels of experience.
Her classes are alignment-based with a focus on the breath, intention, and mobility.
She aims to empower students to develop their practice, find harmony in the present moment while discovering the transformative benefits of Yoga.
