Maxine first stepped onto the mat over 20 years ago and fell in love with the way yoga made her feel. After embarking on her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Moksha Yoga, she was able to deepen her connection with this ancient tradition and developed a strong desire to share this rich and timeless practice with others.
Maxine teaches an authentic style that combines dynamic flow with ancient yogic spirituality and a deep awareness of student modifications and alignment. Maxine infuses her classes with compassion, respect and an awareness that we are all on our own life’s journey. Her intuitive classes provide space for students to discover their own experience on the mat, whilst being able to enjoy the benefits that a group class has to offer.
