Ruth has had a consistent and focused yoga practice for over 20 years. Recently she started to unpack her connection to yoga and the impact it has bought to her life.
Within this time of reflection, she found her passion and a call to work with others and share what yoga looks like and feels like through the lens of someone over 40.
Ruth wants everyone to feel included and supported through their yoga journey, especially if it is yet to begin!
Classes are about creating an embodied experience and a sense of community.
She enjoys working with energy and sees yoga as an energetic workout rather than a physical one.
