Soren is an avid health and fitness enthusiast who can be found in the gym in his spare time. After choosing to study psychology at Swinburne University, Soren is passionate in both the physical and mental benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.

Living in and around bayside and the water his whole life Soren enjoys the ocean environment at the baths and is looking forward to being able to combine his love for fitness and psychology in his future career. He believes that a healthy mind and body go hand in hand, and is excited to help others achieve their own goals in both areas.

Soren is always eager to share his knowledge and experiences with others, whether it’s through workout tips, nutrition advice, or mental health strategies. He believes that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and healthy life, and is dedicated to helping others unlock that potential.

Soren is a firm believer that taking care of oneself should be a top priority, and he is dedicated to helping others realise the importance of self-care. Whether it’s through a challenging workout, a relaxing yoga session, or a conversation about mental health, Soren is always there to support and motivate those around him.
