Stephanie’s approach to yoga and meditation is relaxed, accessible and rejuvenating. Teaching with the intention to see her students leave a little more relaxed than she found them. Stephanie has been sharing her passion for teaching meditation and yoga in Australia and abroad for many years.
Stephanie was drawn to spirituality and a deeper understanding of wellbeing after being introduced to an Indian meditation teacher while studying at university. This set off a chain of events that led to years travelling the world studying the field of wellness and human potential, with some of the greatest teachers of our time, gaining several different qualifications in meditation and yoga. She now shares her knowledge hoping that all who attend her classes can find their equanimity the way she has.
